Energy Healing is facilitated through various modalities such as: Crystal Stonework Therapy, EFT, and Spiral Chakra Balancing™️. The session may also include, depending on the needs of the client, Therapeutic Art Therapy, Energy Healing with Color and Art, Sound Healing, Light Language Healing and more. By moving energy through the meridians we can help clear the chakras which can reduce energy congestion in the body. The energetic addition of crystals provides unique vibrational qualities that enhance energy healing. In person sessions include: energy consultation, guided meditation and activation of your inner healer, deep relaxation techniques, placement of crystals on chakra points on the body, healing sounds with singing bowls, as well as intuitive energy healing techniques to help align your chakras, release unwanted energies to aid the body in its natural healing processes. Note: This service can be made available online through distance healing, if desired. Otherwise, this service is usually provided in person.
